TapNear is a one-tap app that finds the nearest EV charging station, fuel station, pharmacy, hospital, ATM, notary, mosque or church, and good places to eat nearby, and opens directions in your phone's navigation app. It is built to need as little data as possible. This page explains exactly what the app uses.

1. Data the app uses

Your location (precise). Used only while the app is open and only at the moment you search. The app asks for permission the first time you search. It is not linked to your name, e-mail or any account.
Search requests and travel times. The category you tap and your position are sent to our server, which finds nearby places and works out travel times by road. With the position the app also sends how accurate it is and your phone's time-zone offset (so day and night travel times follow your local clock); when you search in car mode, the versions of the app available today may also send the direction and speed of travel reported by your phone. For searches other than food this happens only while you are moving; for food searches it can also happen when you are standing still. These values are not used to work out the route today. When you are in a car (about 15 km/h or faster), a food search may be based on a point about 5 km ahead of you in your direction of travel instead of your position. That point may go to our server and, through it, to the map provider (Google), or directly to public map servers (Overpass). Travel times are still worked out from your actual position. Duty-pharmacy results for Turkey are fetched through our server from a licensed data provider; your position is passed to that lookup only for the query itself. Notary and weekend duty-notary lists come from the same provider as whole lists; your position is never sent to the provider for notary searches.
Google Maps Platform. Through our server (never directly from the app), Google receives your position in food search, to return nearby restaurants and cafés (older versions of the app also showed ratings and reviews). If our own road engine cannot work out the travel time of a route, we may also send Google your starting point (when driving, possibly also your direction of travel) and the locations of the places concerned, only in regions where this is permitted, so that Google can work out the travel time. Outside Türkiye, if the public map servers do not answer at that moment, we may also send Google your position, only as a fallback, so that it can return nearby places. Nothing that identifies you is sent. We do not store Google's answers to user requests. Google processes this information independently, under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Service-health counts. To check that the route service works properly in every country, we work out only the country code from your starting position and count the results by country and hour. Your exact location, IP address and installation ID are not added to this count.
OpenStreetMap Overpass (shared directly from the app). In some cases the app sends your exact search position and the search radius straight to public Overpass servers run by volunteers of the OpenStreetMap community: first overpass-api.de (Germany) and, only if it does not answer, overpass.kumi.systems. This happens:
- when you search outside Turkey (except EV charging, which our server covers worldwide);
- when you look for churches or fuel stations and our database has none near you;
- when you search for food abroad, or our server has no places to eat near you;
- when our server cannot be reached.
Only the position, the radius and the kind of place are sent: no installation ID, account or other identifier. As with any internet request, those servers see your IP address. They process data under their own policies.
Installation ID. Food search and the Google-based place-list fallback send a random ID created for this installation of the app, only so that a fair daily usage limit can be applied. The ID is created the first time you use the app and is kept on your phone. It is not linked to your name, an account or your phone's hardware ID, and it is not used for advertising.
Favourites. Places you save (Home, Work and your own shortcuts) are never sent to us. They stay only on this phone (and in the phone's own backup, if you have backups turned on).
Language. The phone's language setting is read to show the app in English or Turkish. It is not transmitted.

Usage statistics

Why: To see which features are used and where people get stuck, so we can improve the app.
What is sent: That you opened the app, which screen you saw, which category you tapped, how many results appeared, whether you tapped directions or call (and which position in the list), paywall and purchase steps (started, completed, cancelled), error screens and crash details (the error type, the screen and a short technical trace: which file and line in our code; no error message), the result of the location permission and settings changes. Each record carries the app version, phone type (iOS or Android), country, app language and a temporary session number that changes during the day.
What is not sent: Your location, the name of a place you went to or looked at, your search text, your phone number, device or advertising ID, or account or subscription ID. Our server does not record your IP address.
No tracking of people: The session number exists only in your phone's memory; it is never written to the phone and is renewed every time you open the app and at midnight. Your use on different days can't be linked, and no profile is built about you. If the app crashes and the report can't be sent at that moment, only that crash record, with no ID or session number, waits on your phone; it is sent the next time you open the app and deleted straight away.
Where and how long: On our own server in Istanbul (Türkiye), using the open-source software PostHog. The connection runs through Cloudflare. Raw records are kept for up to 12 months; after that only daily totals remain. The data is not shared with anyone and is not used for advertising.
Turning it off: Settings → "Send usage statistics". When off, nothing is sent. In Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland) usage statistics are not collected, so this setting isn't shown there.

2. Data the app does not use

TapNear has no user accounts and no sign-in. It does not collect your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, photos, files or payment details. It does not track you in the background and does not build a movement history: location is used per search and is not stored as a trail.

3. Where data is processed

Our server runs on Supabase in Frankfurt (EU). Place data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL), from Google Maps Platform for places to eat, and, for Turkish duty pharmacies and notaries, from a licensed data provider. In the cases listed in section 1, the app queries public OpenStreetMap Overpass servers (overpass-api.de in Germany, then overpass.kumi.systems as a backup) directly with your position and the search radius; those servers are operated by OpenStreetMap volunteers under their own policies.

4. Navigation

When you tap "Directions", the app hands the destination to the navigation app installed on your phone (for example Google Maps or Apple Maps). From that moment the navigation app's own privacy policy applies.

5. Advertising and purchases

The current version shows no advertising and contains no in-app purchases. If a future version introduces ads or a one-time "Pro" purchase, this policy will be updated before release and the app-store listing will say so.

6. Retention

Route cache: 7 days. So that searches in the same area are answered quickly, the starting point is rounded to a square of about 20 metres and kept with the places found and their travel times for 7 days, then deleted automatically. It does not record who searched.
Error log: 90 days. When a search fails, the type of error, its timings, the time and your position rounded to about 100 metres are kept for 90 days so we can fix the problem.
Speed measurement: 90 days. To make the app faster, our server may keep a small timing record for about 1 in 20 successful searches. This record contains neither your location nor your IP address; it holds only timings (in milliseconds), the time of the search, the search type (e.g. pharmacy, charging), whether you chose driving or walking, the app version and a country roughly derived from your connection.
Daily usage counter: 2 days. The installation ID and the number of food searches that day; kept for today and yesterday, then deleted.
Duty-pharmacy lookups: 30 days. The area of the search rounded to about 2 km, the time and whether the provider answered, so we can check the service. The duty list itself for that area is kept for at most 2 days.
Hosting logs: up to 7 days. Our hosting provider's technical request logs, for reliability and abuse prevention: IP address, time, app details and an approximate location derived from the IP address (such as city or postcode).

7. Children

TapNear is a general utility app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you may ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, or object to processing. Because the app stores no account or personal identity, tell us roughly when and where you used it and we will locate and delete the related records. Write to info@omegavizyon.com.

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.

TapNear, tek dokunuşla en yakın şarj istasyonunu, akaryakıt istasyonunu, eczaneyi, hastaneyi, ATM'yi, noteri, camiyi veya kiliseyi ve yakındaki yemek yerlerini bulup telefonunuzdaki navigasyon uygulamasında yol tarifini açan bir uygulamadır. Mümkün olan en az veriyle çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

1. Uygulamanın kullandığı veriler

Konumunuz (hassas). Yalnızca uygulama açıkken ve yalnızca arama yaptığınız anda kullanılır. İlk aramada izin istenir. Adınız, e-postanız veya bir hesapla ilişkilendirilmez.
Arama istekleri ve yol süreleri. Dokunduğunuz kategori ve konumunuz sunucumuza gönderilir; sunucu yakın yerleri bulur ve yoldan varış sürelerini hesaplar. Konumla birlikte konumun doğruluk payı ve telefonunuzun saat dilimi farkı da gider; böylece gündüz ve gece süreleri yerel saatinize göre hesaplanır. Araç kipinde arama yaparsanız uygulamanın yayındaki sürümleri telefonunuzun bildirdiği gidiş yönünü ve hızı da gönderebilir. Yemek dışındaki aramalarda bu yalnız hareket hâlindeyken olur; yemek aramasında dururken de olabilir. Bu bilgiler bugün rota hesabında kullanılmaz. Araçtayken (yaklaşık 15 km/sa ya da daha hızlı) yemek aramanız, konumunuz yerine gidiş yönünüzde yaklaşık 5 km ilerideki bir noktaya göre yapılabilir. Bu nokta sunucumuza ve onun üzerinden harita sağlayıcısına (Google) ya da doğrudan herkese açık harita sunucularına (Overpass) gidebilir. Yol süreleri yine gerçek konumunuzdan hesaplanır. Türkiye nöbetçi eczane sonuçları, lisanslı bir veri sağlayıcısından sunucumuz aracılığıyla alınır; konumunuz yalnızca o sorgu için iletilir. Noter ve hafta sonu nöbetçi noter listeleri aynı sağlayıcıdan toplu liste olarak alınır; noter aramalarında konumunuz sağlayıcıya hiç gönderilmez.
Google Maps Platform. Sunucumuz üzerinden (uygulamadan doğrudan değil) Google'a şunlar gider: yemek aramasında yakındaki restoran ve kafeleri getirmek için konumunuz (uygulamanın eski sürümleri puan ve yorum da gösteriyordu). Kendi rota motorumuz bir yolun süresini hesaplayamazsa, yalnız izin verilen bölgelerde, yol süresini hesaplamak için başlangıç noktanızı (araçla giderken gidiş yönünüz de gönderilebilir) ve ilgili yerlerin konumlarını da Google'a göndeririz. Ayrıca Türkiye dışında, herkese açık harita sunucuları o anda cevap vermezse, yalnız yedek olarak, yakın yerleri getirmek için konumunuzu Google'a göndeririz. Sizi tanıtan bir bilgi gönderilmez. Kullanıcı isteklerinde Google'dan gelen cevaplar bizde saklanmaz. Google bu bilgiyi kendi gizlilik politikasına göre, bağımsız olarak işler: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Hizmet sağlığı sayacı. Rota hizmetinin her ülkede düzgün çalıştığını izlemek için, başlangıç konumunuzdan yalnız ülke kodunu çıkarır ve sonuçları ülke ve saat düzeyinde sayarız. Bu sayıma tam konumunuz, IP adresiniz ya da kurulum kimliğiniz eklenmez.
OpenStreetMap Overpass (uygulamadan doğrudan paylaşılır). Bazı durumlarda uygulama, tam arama konumunuzu ve arama yarıçapını doğrudan OpenStreetMap topluluğunun gönüllülerince işletilen herkese açık Overpass sunucularına gönderir. Önce overpass-api.de'ye (Almanya) gider; o cevap vermezse overpass.kumi.systems'a gider. Bu durumlar şunlardır:
- Türkiye dışında arama yaptığınızda (şarj istasyonu hariç; sunucumuz şarj istasyonlarını dünya genelinde tutar).
- Kilise ya da akaryakıt istasyonu aradığınızda veritabanımızda yakınınızda bulunmazsa.
- Yemek aramasını yurt dışında yaptığınızda ya da sunucumuzda yakınınızda yemek yeri olmadığında.
- Sunucumuza ulaşılamadığında.
Yalnız konum, yarıçap ve yer türü gider. Kurulum kimliği, hesap ya da başka bir tanımlayıcı gönderilmez. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi bu sunucular IP adresinizi görür ve verileri kendi politikalarına göre işler.
Kurulum kimliği. Yemek araması ve Google'a dayanan yer listesi yedeği, adil bir günlük kullanım sınırı uygulanabilsin diye bu kuruluma özel rastgele bir kimlik gönderir. Kimlik uygulamayı ilk kullandığınızda üretilir ve telefonda saklanır. Adınıza, hesabınıza ya da telefonunuzun donanım kimliğine bağlı değildir ve reklam için kullanılmaz.
Favoriler. Kaydettiğiniz yerler (Ev, İş ve kendi kısayollarınız) bize hiç gönderilmez; yalnızca bu telefonda (ve yedekleme açıksa telefonun kendi yedeğinde) durur.
Dil. Uygulamayı İngilizce veya Türkçe göstermek için telefonun dil ayarı okunur; iletilmez.

Kullanım istatistikleri

Ne için: Hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını, nerede takılındığını görüp uygulamayı iyileştirmek.
Ne gider: Uygulamayı açtığın, hangi ekranı gördüğün, hangi kategoriye dokunduğun, kaç sonuç çıktığı, yol tarifine ya da aramaya bastığın (listede kaçıncı sıradakine), ödeme ekranı ve satın alma adımları (başladı, tamamlandı, vazgeçildi), hata ekranları ve çökme ayrıntısı (hatanın türü, ekranı ve kısa teknik iz: kodda hangi dosya ve satırda olduğu; hata mesajı yok), konum izninin sonucu ve ayar değişiklikleri. Her kayıtla birlikte uygulama sürümü, telefonun türü (iOS ya da Android), ülke, uygulama dili ve gün içinde değişen geçici bir oturum numarası gider.
Ne gitmez: Konumun, gittiğin ya da baktığın yerin adı, aradığın metin, telefon numaran, cihaz ya da reklam kimliğin, hesap ya da abonelik kimliğin. Sunucumuz IP adresini kayda geçirmez.
Kişi takibi yok: Oturum numarası yalnız telefonun belleğinde durur, telefona yazılmaz, her açılışta ve gece yarısı yenilenir. Böylece farklı günlerdeki kullanımın birbirine bağlanamaz, senin için bir profil oluşmaz. Uygulama çökerse ve o an gönderilemezse, yalnız o çökme kaydı, kimlik ve oturum numarası olmadan, telefonda bekler; bir sonraki açılışta gönderilir ve hemen silinir.
Nerede, ne kadar: İstanbul'daki (Türkiye) kendi sunucumuzda, PostHog adlı açık kaynak yazılımla tutulur. Bağlantı Cloudflare üzerinden kurulur. Ham kayıtlar en çok 12 ay tutulur, sonra yalnız günlük toplamlar kalır. Veri kimseyle paylaşılmaz ve reklam için kullanılmaz.
Kapatma: Ayarlar → "Kullanım istatistiklerini gönder". Kapatınca hiçbir kayıt gitmez. Avrupa'da (AB, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre) kullanım istatistiği toplanmaz; bu yüzden orada bu ayar görünmez.

2. Uygulamanın kullanmadığı veriler

TapNear'da hesap ve giriş yoktur. Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, rehber, fotoğraf, dosya veya ödeme bilgisi toplanmaz. Arka planda takip yapılmaz, hareket geçmişi oluşturulmaz: konum her aramada kullanılır, iz olarak saklanmaz.

3. Veriler nerede işlenir

Sunucumuz Supabase üzerinde Frankfurt'ta (AB) çalışır. Yer verileri OpenStreetMap'ten (© OpenStreetMap katkıda bulunanlar, ODbL), yemek yerleri için Google Maps Platform'dan ve Türkiye'deki nöbetçi eczane ve noterler için lisanslı bir veri sağlayıcısından gelir. Birinci bölümde sayılan durumlarda uygulama, konumunuz ve arama yarıçapıyla doğrudan herkese açık OpenStreetMap Overpass sunucularına sorgu gönderir: önce Almanya'daki overpass-api.de'ye, yedek olarak overpass.kumi.systems'a. Bu sunucuları OpenStreetMap gönüllüleri kendi politikalarına göre işletir.

4. Navigasyon

"Yol tarifi"ne dokunduğunuzda hedef, telefonunuzda kurulu navigasyon uygulamasına (ör. Google Haritalar, Apple Haritalar) iletilir. O andan itibaren ilgili uygulamanın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

5. Reklam ve satın alma

Mevcut sürümde reklam ve uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. İleride reklam veya tek seferlik "Pro" satın alma eklenirse bu politika yayından önce güncellenir ve mağaza sayfasında belirtilir.

6. Saklama süresi

Yol önbelleği: 7 gün. Aynı bölgedeki aramalara hızlı cevap verebilmek için başlangıç noktası yaklaşık 20 metrelik bir kareye yuvarlanır, bulunan yerler ve varış süreleriyle birlikte 7 gün tutulur, sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Aramayı kimin yaptığını içermez.
Hata kaydı: 90 gün. Bir arama başarısız olursa sorunu giderebilmek için hatanın türü, süreleri, saati ve yaklaşık 100 metreye yuvarlanmış konum 90 gün tutulur.
Hız ölçümü: 90 gün. Uygulamayı hızlandırmak için sunucumuz, başarılı aramaların yaklaşık 20'de birinde küçük bir süre ölçümü kaydı tutabilir. Bu kayıtta konumunuz ve IP adresiniz yer almaz; yalnız sürelerin ölçümü (milisaniye), aramanın saati, arama türü (ör. eczane, şarj), araçla ya da yürüyerek seçimi, uygulama sürümü ve bağlantınızdan kabaca çıkarılan ülke bulunur.
Günlük kullanım sayacı: 2 gün. Kurulum kimliği ve o günkü yemek araması sayısı; bugün ve dün tutulur, sonra silinir.
Nöbetçi eczane sorguları: 30 gün. Hizmeti denetleyebilmek için aramanın yaklaşık 2 km'ye yuvarlanmış bölgesi, saati ve sağlayıcının cevap verip vermediği. O bölgenin nöbet listesi en çok 2 gün tutulur.
Barındırma kayıtları: en fazla 7 gün. Barındırma sağlayıcımızın güvenilirlik ve kötüye kullanımı önleme amaçlı teknik istek kayıtları: IP adresi, saat, uygulama bilgisi ve IP adresinden kabaca çıkarılan konum (şehir, posta kodu gibi).

7. Çocuklar

TapNear genel bir yardımcı uygulamadır, 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplanmaz.

8. Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında hangi verilerin tutulduğunu sorabilir, düzeltme veya silme isteyebilir, işlemeye itiraz edebilirsiniz. Uygulama hesap ya da kişi kimliği saklamadığı için yaklaşık olarak ne zaman ve nerede kullandığınızı bildirmeniz yeterlidir; ilgili kayıtlar bulunup silinir. info@omegavizyon.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.
